Dilnawaz was born into a Parsee family in Hyderabad, India and her childhood memories mostly recall spending time in nature and being fascinated by huge rocky boulders that surround the terrain. Later, in her career she took on as a 2D animator, which rapidly exposed her to several artists - humble, hidden gems of India. Ignited by this group of like minded people & drawing inspiration from the likes of Van Gogh, S.H. Raza and many more, she embarked on her journey of colors, brushes and palettes. Besides working with oils, acrylics & pen, she prefers watercolors to work with as it is more transparent, flowing, spontaneous & quick.
