Prafull B. Sawant, born in 1979 in Nasik, India, has long been recognized as a leading figure in the realm of Realistic artistry on a global scale. Renowned particularly for his Plain Air atmospheric landscapes, Sawant's mastery lies in capturing light to evoke the mood and spatial depth of his subjects. He is in high demand worldwide for his demonstrations, international workshops, lectures, and exhibitions, often invited to lead Plain Air workshops, judge competitions, and participate in prestigious events such as the "3ème Festival International de peinture de plein air sur grand format" in Paris, France, and the "Moscow International Watercolor Festival" in Russia.
